Abstract

This paper presents a control system design for personal rapid transit (PRT) system and a configuration of apparatus to assess its control scheme. The control system can be divided into two parts: one is for the vehicle management that is related with the supervision of the vehicle operation and the other is for the vehicle operational control that is placed in the lower position of the control hierarchy.
