The results of the study show that: First, the fighting spirit and work ethic of Bajo women are very high on working. The type of work they do is very much, for example selling, making sarao hats, helping to install bait to catch suji crabs, fishing, catching octopus, looking for shellfish, gama, lola, to look for rocks to sell. Second, the management of the financial management of Bajo women's households is still very low, as a result they are still often entangled in debt.
