ANALISIS PEMAKAIAN DERMAGA TERHADAP LAYANAN KAPAL PADA PELABUHAN PAJALA KABUPATEN MUNA BARAT

Abstract

ABSTRAKPelabuhan Pajala adalah salah satu pelabuhan yang berada di wilayah Kabupaten Muna Barat Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara, sebagai urat nadi perekonomian Kabupaten Muna Barat khususnya arus keluar masuk barang dan penumpang melalui angkutan laut. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah menganalisis nilai BOR dan menganalisis panjang dermaga (Lp) pada Deramaga Pelabuhan Pajala Kabupaten Muna Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus dengan menggunakan metode pengamatan langsung dengan wawancara kepada pihak pengelola pelabuhan. Hasil analisis tingkat pemakaian dermaga terhadap waktu kunjungan kapal, untuk naik/turun penumpang dan bongkar/muat barang pada Pelabuhan Pajala mencapai 96,5% > 50%  nilai  BOR yang di standarkan oleh UNCTAD untuk dermaga dengan 2 tambatan. Jadi, pelabuhan Pajala saat ini belum mampu melayani arus kapal dengan baik atau pemakaian dermaga belum efektif dan hasil analisis kebutuhan layanan kapal terhadap ukuran dermaga pada Pelabuhan Pajala untuk menghitung gabungan ukuran kapal terbesar untuk melakukan sandar 2 kapal sekaligus tidak bisa dilayani karena ukuran dermaga yang dibutukan  46 m > 5 m ukuran dermaga yang ada saat ini dan untuk ukuran kapal terkecil untuk melakukan sandar 2 kapal sekaligus tidak bisa dilayani karena ukuran dermaga yang dibutukan  45,2 m > 47 m ukuran dermaga yang ada di Pelabuhan Pajala.   Kata Kunci : BOR, Kinerja, DermagaABSTRACTPajala port is a port that is located in the district of West Muna Sulawesi Tenggara as the economic lifeblood West Muna.
