Then, the aging of HTVSR can be evaluated based on the contents of the main ingredients. Experimental results of both artificial thermal oxygen aging samples and actual insulator samples showed that the ATH content of HTVSR decreases significantly with aging. Abstract

The aging of composite insulators seriously affects the safety and stability of power systems. Thus, detecting the aging of the insulation materials by reliable methods is of great significance in reducing insulation failures.
