Abstract

The paper presents results related to the laboratory performances assessment of a 3 kW photovoltaic inverter after 8 years of storage. The performance characteristics concerns the efficiency, output voltages, total harmonic distortion for minimum, nominal and maximum voltages, taking into account a range between 5% to 100 % input power level. The evaluation was performed in the accredited Photovoltaic Systems Laboratory (PVLAB) within the Institute for Research and Development in Electrical Engineering ICPE-CA, Bucharest, Romania.
