A simplified Approach for Accurate Arrythmia Detection using Automated Machine Learning 一种使用自动机器学习的精确心律失常检测的简化方法

This paper introduces a straightforward and computationally inexpensive approach to classifying heartbeat anomalies based on ECG signals. Cardiac arrests are often associated with irregular heart rhythm, making arrythmia a major factor to cardiac events when not sufficiently monitored. In this context, the current paper presents a comprehensive analysis and arrythmia prediction for 44 patients. For each patient in the study, heartrate signals manually labeled by physicians were available. The preprocessed time-series were used to train machine learning models available in various automated frameworks, allowing for accurate binary classification. The highest scores after benchmarking were obtained by LightGBM. Our proposed method provides similar results in terms of classification performance with state-of-the-art algorithms for arrythmia detection. The current work thus introduces a simplified pipeline, improvement in prediction time and classification accuracy.

Wireless Power Transmission System Design. A Practical Approach. 无线电力传输系统设计。实用的方法。

This paper has the main purpose to present the design of a wireless power transfer system (WPTS) from the practical point of view, from design to implementation phase. Therefore, the following have been considered: design and simulation of a wireless receiver, physical analysis of the wireless receiver circuit, the design of the WPTS and the practical implementation and simulation of the WPTS. By checking the physical functioning of the proposed circuit, one confirms that what has been achieved through simulation and computation is correct. This can easily connect the theoretical aspects to the practical ones in the educational process, in the domain of wireless power transmission.
本文的主要目的是从实用的角度,从设计到实现的各个阶段来介绍无线电力传输系统的设计。因此,本文主要研究了无线接收机的设计与仿真、无线接收机电路的物理分析、WPTS的设计以及WPTS的实际实现与仿真。通过检查所提出的电路的物理功能,可以确认通过仿真和计算获得的结果是正确的。在无线电力传输领域,这可以很容易地将教育过程中的理论方面与实际方面联系起来。

Deep Learning Enhanced Spectrum Sensing for LoRa Spreading Factor Detection 深度学习增强的LoRa扩频因子检测频谱感知

Over the last decade, there has been a significant increase in the demand for wireless sensor applications, in line with the increased connectivity of objects in the Internet of Things concept. As the number of wireless sensors continues to grow, there is a corresponding increase in the demand for spectrum resources which will eventually lead to overcrowding, packet collisions and interference ultimately resulting in a reduction of the wireless sensor network performance level. Obtaining a detailed understanding of the radio spectrum is critical in preventing collisions in wireless sensor networks. This requires knowledge of the level of spectrum occupancy and the specific radio modulation schemes employed, enabling the implementation of effective collision mitigation strategies. This paper proposes a LoRa spreading factor detection scheme based on Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) classification of spectrograms. Our results show that the developed algorithm shows a high degree of performance in detecting radio modulations, both in high SNR and low SNR conditions, resulting in a detection accuracy of over 98%.

Track While Scan Radar Design and Simulation 跟踪扫描雷达设计与仿真

Track While Scan (TWS) radars are generally used in military systems, constantly monitoring the positions of the target and generating data about it. They measure a target's coordinates, determine its trajectory, and predict its next location. They can usually track a single target but do so with very high sensitivity. "TWS Radar" is often used as a "Fire Control Radar" in the armed forces. This study addresses the design of a TWS radar with MATLAB programming language. The operation of this radar was simulated, and targets were detected using matched filter in MATLAB. Transmitted and received signal parameters are explained. A MATLAB algorithm which generates the transmitted and the received pulses for single Pulse Repetition Interval (PRI) was written in the first step. Match filtering was implemented for detecting targets. A fixed threshold value is defined, and position of the targets are reported with MATLAB algorithm. A white Gaussian noise was added to the output of the matched filter and targets are reported for the same threshold value. Radar was tested under the different Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR) rates. The scope view of the TWS Radar was plotted for 2 degrees antenna beam width for different SNR values.

Monitoring Power Flow in End-user Consumption Systems 终端用户用电系统的潮流监测

Electric networks are structured on different voltage levels and have a finite capacity to transport electricity. As the number of consumers increases, so do electricity transfer problems; in this sense, more attention must be paid to its responsible use. This paper presents determinations of power quality for different types of consumers. The more measurements that can be made, the better the status of an electrical distribution network is known.

Microgrid Cyber Security Enhancement Considerations 微电网网络安全增强考虑

This paper discusses the use of Field-Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) -based embedded systems to enhance the cyber security of microgrid infrastructure. This may be obtained by shifting the center of critical algorithms execution outside the main processing unit of the target components. The use of FPGAs allow various specific implementation approaches. The modern SoC architectures containing both an FPGA component and an advanced processing system in the same chip might be one of the answers to the cybernetic security enhancement. This solution can be the key in the evolving measurement and control systems used in microgrid terminals and/or data processing points. By narrowing the range of commonly known cyber-attacks, this may represent one of the best solutions to boost the cybernetic security of the measurement and control systems.

Influence Analysis of the Geometry and Materials For the Electromagnetic Torque Calculation on a Stepper Motor 几何和材料对步进电机电磁转矩计算的影响分析

This paper aims to present the design of a hybrid-stepper motor by considering two variants from the geometry and material point of view. Numerical simulation is used in the design stages, which helps reach specific performances. The current study approaches the influence of the geometry and materials for the detent and holding torque calculation on a hybrid stepper motor. There are two models, and for each one, numerical analysis is used to calculate the detent and the holding torque versus angle characteristics, and by this, fulfilling the motor requirements towards its applications.

Several recent studies have demonstrated the feasibility and utility of trachea CT 3D reconstruction, including its ability to enhance the accuracy and safety of surgical procedures. This paper tries to emphasize on the fabrication of the 3D model of the trachea and on a pioneer study that would put in the spotlight the utility of 3D printing and reconstruction of human respiratory airways. While the fabrication process represents an important step in creating such complex geometries, it is important to understand the post-production procedures and how to apply them to obtain a geometry that will later be used in imaging and experimental simulations.

Initial Conditions Computation Approximation of Nonlinear Systems using the DFEHD 非线性系统初始条件的DFEHD近似计算

A major issue in the simulation of frequency dynamics via extended harmonic domain (EHD) –based models are the incurred spurious oscillations due to the lack of correct initial conditions computation during initialization or when a step change, in either source or parameter, occurs. A recent paper has addressed the correct initialization computation for linear time-periodic systems via the dynamic flexible EHD (DFEHD); however, nonlinear systems are not applicable for this methodology. This paper addresses this issue by separating linear and nonlinear parts; then, the DFEHD is applied to the linear part, aimed at initialization purposes, to reduce the impact of the spurious oscillations dynamics. A case study is presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

Finite Element Analysis of the Noninvasive Detection and Evolution of Faults in a High Power Induction Motor through Neighboring Coil Sensors 基于邻近线圈传感器的大功率感应电机故障无创检测与演化的有限元分析

Having as subject of investigation a high power (1 MW) squirrel cage induction motor this paper deals with finite element models step by step in time domain for the detection and evolution of the faults short-circuit in the stator winding, static eccentricity and rotor broken bar. The signatures of these faults in the voltages of coil sensors placed in the motor neighboring are analyzed in order to offer solutions for the noninvasive detection of the fault appearance and of the evolution of faults. The rms values and the amplitudes of the most important harmonics of the voltages of one coil sensor, respectively of two coil sensors series differential connected are investigated in order to establish the best solution for the monitoring of the motor healthy state.
