The deep integration of business and control saves the physical space of exchange in volume. The data from different business terminals are gathered on the unified platform by adopting the consistent SIP exchange protocol. It is often encountered that the business concurrent demand is greater than the system capacity, resulting in the failure of the session process execution. In this paper, we propose a solution based on business characteristics to deal with session conflicts, explore IMS business triggering mechanism and process, and find its limitations. According to the different characteristics of business triggering, set up the business conflict resolution scheme, which can predict the concurrent conflict of multiple sessions before it occurs. It start the conflict prevention scheme on demand in time, and use the exchange resources on demand on the premise of meeting the business needs to the maximum.
