Based on the study of regional distributed energy system, this paper takes the energy system of a business district in Shanghai as the research object. A time-varying mathematical model is established for the equipment, pipe network and users in the energy system. The hydraulic model and thermal model of regional energy supply network are established. Based on the basic loop method, the algorithm for solving the multi-source hydraulic model is established. The validity and correctness of the model are proved by case study; On this basis, a time-varying optimization model with the minimum operation cost of energy station as the objective function is established. At the same time, the simple particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the optimization problem. It is found that the lower the pump frequency is, the closer the boiler outlet temperature is to the ambient temperature, and the lower the operation cost of the regional centralized energy supply system is.

The area of power consumption in constructions gives challenging control opportunities. Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) system in constructions have to be precisely controlled so as to assure the occupants thermal comfort with reduced power consumption. A robust controller in the existence of parametric uncertainties is intended for temperature control of a building. The controller framework includes Sliding mode control (SMC) having variable constraints. The parametric uncertainties are considered explicitly in the synthesis of the control law. A proportional integral (PI) control is additionally designed for the comparison. The simulation results evince that proposed controller achieves better performance with less steady state and overshoot. Furthermore, SMC use less heating power to achieve tracking targets.

Aiming at the multiple attribute group decision making (MAGDM) problems with unknown weights, this paper proposes a decision method based on 2-dimension 2-tuple linguistic (2D2TL) information. Firstly, considering the relative importance of different dimension information, a new 2D2TL comparison method and distance formula are proposed; On this basis, the second dimension decision-making information and the entropy of each expert are calculated to obtain the expert weight, and then the attribute weight is got by the maximum deviation method; Secondly, by determining the positive and negative ideal alternatives, the prospect value function of each alternative is calculated. Then, all alternatives are ranked by the prospect values accordingly; Eventually, an case is given to verify the proposed approach and the results show that the method is reliable and effective.

The VLSI fixed-outline fioorplanning which is an important research problem of VLSI design is an NP-hard problem. Particle swarm optimization (PSO) as one of the AI methods, has been proved to be an effective global optimization method. In this paper, an improved discrete PSO combining discussion mechanism and chaos strategy is proposed for the fixed-outline fioorplanning (DCP-FF). A natural sequence representation is adopted for the particle coding, the cost function and related operations are redefined according to the characteristics of the problem. The GSRC benchmarks are employed to test the performance of DCP-FF. The results show that the proposed method is feasible and effective for the fixed-outline floorplanning.

Some non-ideal factors during circuit design of current steering digital to analog converter (DAC) are analyzed and summarized in this paper. A 12-bit classic current steering DAC has been analyzed and effects of these non-ideal factors has been validated. Meanwhile, non-idealities are also double checked in post-layout simulation. The whole circuit has been taped out in TSMC 0.25um BCD process, test and simulation results are compared at last. The comparison results show that the non-ideal analysis can be used to estimate non-linearity of current steering DAC and guide the circuit design of DACs.

Digital fountain codes are designed to realize a reliable transmission of large-scale data and Luby Transform (LT) codes are the first practical digital fountain codes to be realized. Luby discovered that the performance and decoding efficiency are mainly determined by the degree distribution used in LT codes. So this paper focuses on designing good degree distributions for LT codes over the binary erasure channel (BEC). An improved approach to optimize the degree distribution is proposed based on the asymptotic analysis of LT codes. More importantly, the overhead and the desired erasure ratio pair set for the proposed optimization model can be realized in the asymptotic analysis of the optimal degree distribution. Simulation results show that the optimal degree distribution can provide better bit erasure ratio performance especially at low overheads.

Modeling road intersections plays a significant role in traffic simulation due to its complexity and flexibility. However, data in OSM format only contains elementary node coordinates and relationships between them, which lacks the two-dimensional information of road construction for wide intersections. Moreover, OSM formatted data relies on the simple connection between nodes, causing the measurement error of the road smoothness and the unnaturalness of transition, which is challenging especially in some complex intersections. In this paper, we proposed an efficient method of constructing road intersection based on the basic node connection data and it is suitable for the simulation of irregular multi junctions. Additionally, a vehicle trajectory simulation based on road and vehicle motion offset points is demonstrated as a prototype system to show the priority for smooth representation of our proposed method.

With the rapid development of information technology and the increasing application of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) in various fields, UAV network is facing many challenges, such as complex electromagnetic environment, serious environmental interference and human interference. Therefore, higher requirements are put forward for its safety, reliability and adaptability in complex environment. In order to improve the anti-narrowband interference capability of UAV network, this paper proposes a narrowband interference suppression technology based on spread spectrum communication. The simulation results show that the method has a good effect on narrowband interference suppression, and provides an effective solution to the problem of narrowband interference suppression in UAV network.

In order to improve the safety management level of military aviation Air Traffic Control (ATC), based on Artificial Fish Swarm Algorithm (AFSA) and Support Vector Machine (SVM), a combined assessment method is proposed for military aviation ATC safety. In this method, firstly, according to the established military aviation safety evaluation index system, the concepts of set pair and connection degree in SPA theory are introduced to generate training samples and test samples. Then AFSA is adopted to optimize the hyper-parameters of SVM. Then training and testing are completed to obtain the military aviation safety evaluation model. The example analysis shows that the evaluation model established is of great practical significance for improving the safety management and decision-making level of military aviation management.

The paper focuses the use RDSS and RNSS signal of the BeiDou satellite to realize the precision satellite clock monitoring method. This paper analyzes the frequency transfer relationship of RDSS/RNSS which is the co-satellite of BeiDou's GEO satellites, establishes the relevant frequency transfer equation, and proposes a satellite clock precision monitoring algorithm using RDSS/RNSS signals' carrier phase combination in the MCS (Master Control Station). The paper verified the method by computer simulation. Compared with the traditional pseudo-range-based method, the method has the advantages of not relying on satellite ephemeris and higher precision.
