This paper attempts to draw inspiration for the equality of ethnic education in China by comparing the policies and measures adopted by China and the United States in higher education for ethnic minorities. Abstract
National equality is a basic principle that persists in China's legal and social development. Equality in education is also the foundation. Economic development has not reduced ethnic differences.
