The strategy used is a knowledge sharing to increase teacher creativity. The method used in this research is descriptive, with a qualitative approach. The analysis technique uses a rating scale, the descriptive method is used to describe the theory used to be applied. Abstract

This study was proposed to examine and analyze the agile method to increase teacher creativity through knowledge sharing which was carried out at 03 Elementary School, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta.The background was the gap in the creativity of Computer Information Technology that teachers had in dealing with change. related to government regulations regarding online learning from home.
