Samples are fabricated using thermal evaporation technique. The present investigation includes the studies on characteristics of both copper phthalocyanine and zinc phthalocyanine based organic transistor. The linear response to Y-radiation in the optical properties of copper phthalocyanine and zinc phthalocyanine were observed upto a certain level.
