Dalam penelitian ini, kami telah mengkalibrasi sensor gas MQ-7 yang spesifik untuk mengukur gas CO dan MQ-136 yang spesifik untuk mengukur SO2. Pada awalnya, kami mengkalibrasi Sensor MQ-7 ke sensor ECOM J2KN Pro untuk mengetahui tingkat pengukuran akurat gas SO2. Selanjutnya, kami mengukur sisa gas yang dihasilkan dari roasting kopi Liberica dan Arabica. Setelah itu, kami menganalisanya secara kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kalibrasi sensor MQ-7 adalah 62,87% dan sensor MQ-135 adalah 88,43%. Pengukuran gas residu kopi Liberica dan Arabica adalah 83,89% dan 88,09%. Sehingga, MQ-136 dan MQ-7 dapat digunakan sebagai alat ukur yang baik untuk gas residu dalam roasting kopi. \n \nNowadays, the calibration of gas sensor should be developed for its importance to know the result of measurement in accurately. In this research, we have calibrated the MQ-7 gas sensor that specific to measure the CO gas and MQ-136 that specific to measure the SO2. In the beginning, we calibrate the MQ-7 Sensor to ECOM J2KN Pro sensor to know the accurate measurement level of SO2 gas. Next, we measure the residual gas that produced from coffee roasting of Liberica and Arabica coffee. After that, we analyse it in quantitative. The result show that calibration of MQ-7 censor is 62.87% and MQ-135 sensor is 88.43%. The measurement of residual gas of Liberica and Arabica coffee are 83.89% and 88.09%. Abstract
Saat ini, kalibrasi sensor gas harus dikembangkan untuk kepentingannya dalam mengetahui hasil pengukuran secara akurat. Dalam penelitian ini, kami telah mengkalibrasi sensor gas MQ-7 yang spesifik untuk mengukur gas CO dan MQ-136 yang spesifik untuk mengukur SO2. Pada awalnya, kami mengkalibrasi Sensor MQ-7 ke sensor ECOM J2KN Pro untuk mengetahui tingkat pengukuran akurat gas SO2. Selanjutnya, kami mengukur sisa gas yang dihasilkan dari roasting kopi Liberica dan Arabica. Setelah itu, kami menganalisanya secara kuantitatif.
