Abstract
A homozygot carrier of a congenital nuclear anomaly of blood cells/Pelger-Huet's anomaly: abnormal segmentation of granulocytic leukocytes) is described. The morphologic analysis of blood samples in 4 family members showed similar Pelger-Huet's anomalies.
