Abstract

For Ho Chi Minh City to become a civilized, clean, green city and a “worth living” environment, it is necessary to have the combined interaction of urban art in the master plan, combining many rich languages. Other visual arts have the effect of stimulating, connecting, increasing the existing and sustainable aesthetic values. Public art shaping is the process of interaction between art artists, engineers, architects, designers in all art fields (painting, sculpture, art. application, architecture, planning, environmental landscape design, music, lighting art), and need attention from all levels of leadership and urban management; sponsors; appraisal agencies, construction team, and each resident and tourists with a high sense of responsibility with humanistic and aesthetic values, harmony between material and spirit.
