Abstract

Regarding the formation of Zn-xanthate from cellulose sodium xanthate, the fundamental study was made with xanthate model filaments. 粘胶纤维湿纺过程中扩散现象的研究:(六)快速反应扩散
以纤维素黄原酸钠为原料制备黄原酸锌,利用黄原酸模型细丝进行了基础研究。研究了ZnSO4浓度、反应槽温度和丝径(a)对锌黄原酸盐生成的影响。结果表明:(1)na -黄原药与zn -黄原药之间出现了清晰的边界线(在t时刻以丝中心为半径ξ),(2)反应液中ZnSO4浓度越高,边界线到达丝中心的速度越快,(3)尽管丝直径发生变化,但ξ/a_??_t/T (T:边界线到达灯丝中心的时间)绘制成一条曲线。T_??(4)无论反应槽温度如何,ξ/a_??_t/T关系用一条曲线表示;(5)随着纤维中纤维素含量的增加,T值也随之增加。
