Development of Fine Stockings to Reduce Shoe Sores : In Terms of Shock Absorption 以减震为目的的细丝袜的发展

To develop fine stockings to reduce shoe sores, we initially clarified the relationship between the compression as well as stress relaxation characteristics of commercially available products to prevent shoe sores and feelings on use. As a result, among the commercially available products to prevent shoe sores, the raising type produced better feelings on use than the gel type. In addition, the greater the compression energy or strain, the better the feelings on use were. Smaller stress relaxation indicates greater viscosity. Subsequently, using trial stockings, the above results were confirmed. Stockings with modified pile kitting using wooly yarn (Sample Ps) as one of the 3 types of trial stocking with a modified pile stitch had characteristics similar to those of the above raising type, and produced the best feelings on use. In addition, stockings with a modified plating stitch only in the part that is the most susceptible to shoe sores (Sample K) were produced. The modified plating stitch is characterized by marked compression energy and strain. In a walking simulation experiment, pressure impulsiveness decreased by about 44% in the modified plating stitch part. Finally, a field survey of Sample K was performed to evaluate its “effects on reducing shoe sores”. About 90% of the subjects answered that they felt the effects of Sample K on reducing shoe sores. (3)対策グッズの使用感評価法 実験に用いた対策グッズの足指用として,表 1の試料 c (ジェルタイプ)および e (パイル地タイプ)の 2種類につい て,左右を入れ替えた場合を含み,20代の女性 5名を被 験者として使用感を評価した.被験者は各自のパンプス を履き,普段から痛いと感じる足指部分を申告させた後, その箇所に左右異なる靴擦れ対策グッズを直接貼り,そ の上からノーマルタイプストッキング(22.2dtex)を履かせ た.「直立時の履き心地」と,トレッドミル上を約 2分間 歩行(4km/h)した時の「歩き心地」,「柔らかさ」,「圧迫感」 を,左足の対策グッズを基準とし,右足の対策グッズに ついて 5段階評価させた.同評価の場合は 0点,履き心 地が良い,歩き着心地が良い,柔らかい,圧迫感がない 場合は,その程度に応じて+1,+2とし,逆の場合は,-1, -2と評価させた.なお,足指用靴擦れ対策グッズの組み 合わせの順序をランダムとした. 2.2 靴擦れ対策グッズに必要な

Proposal and Validation of Method for Measuring Vacant Space Distance in Worn Sanitary Products : Measurement of Vacant Space Distance in Worn Sanitary Napkins 废弃卫生用品空隙距离测量方法的提出与验证——废弃卫生巾空隙距离的测量

In this paper, we propose a new method that measures the vacant space distance between the human body and sanitary products. The proposed method obtains the vacant space distance by subtraction between human body front surfaces and sanitary products back surfaces. In the developed measurement device, the back surface of sanitary products is measured using a laser displacement transducer on the inside of a partial human body model made of wire netting, and the vacant space distance is obtained by subtracting the front surface of the human body from the back surface of the sanitary products. To evaluate the method we measured the vacant space distance between the human body and sanitary napkins. Evaluation experiments proved that the proposed method is capable of obtaining vacant space distance changes by the differences of weight, crimping, and absorption for sanitary napkins.
