Abstract
Hoarfrost is an extreme weather phenomenon that is a sign of climate change. The article analyzes the changes of hoarfrost in Son La with a time series of 40 years, including 10 years and a long time to see the degree of change in the trend of the hoarfrost. Besides, it also mentioned the harmful effects of hoarfrost in Son La and proposed solutions to cope.
