Simultaneously, the variables of motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the employee performance of KPP Pratama Jombang. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at KPP Pratama Jombang. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. 工作动机和纪律对初级税务服务人员绩效的影响
