This study aims to determine the relationship of work family conflict to turnover intention mediated by burnout for married and working women. The research was conducted in Gianyar Regency with the criteria of married and working women. The number of samples was 112 respondents. The analysis technique used SEM (Structural Equation Model) with PLS approach, and VAF test to test the mediation effect. Abstract
Women have dual roles as breadwinners and housewives. So that it creates conflicts for the family and its work so that it considers leaving the job.
