Abstract

The study aimed to identify the direct influence of teachers’ creativity, social environment, and learning motivation towards economic learning achievement of sudents. the study used survey method with quantitative approach. The population of the study was all students at SMAN 7 Soppeng in Soppeng district. Sample was selected by employing stratified sampling technique with sample proportional type. 本研究旨在探讨教师的创造力、社会环境和学习动机对学生经济学习成绩的直接影响。本研究采用定量调查法。研究对象为Soppeng区的sman7 Soppeng的所有学生。样本选取采用样本比例型分层抽样技术。收集数据的方法为问卷调查法、观察法和文献法。研究结果表明,教师创造力对学习成就没有直接影响,教师创造力通过学习动机对学习成就有积极显著的间接影响;社会环境通过学习动机对学习成就有积极显著的直接影响,社会环境通过学习动机对学习成就有积极显著的间接影响;教师创造力和社会环境对学习动机有部分和同时的正向显著直接影响,学习动机对学习成就有正向显著直接影响
