The simulation results of VCO would achieve 108.6dBc/Hz@1MHz. Abstract

A radiation harden low-noise voltage controlled oscillator is demonstrated in this paper. By using negative feedback based multipath-current-releasing technology, the anti-radiation capability of the bias circuit of VCO is largely increased.
