Abstract

This paper presents a wideband quasi-Yagi antenna with a driven element in the form of tapered strip. The antenna is designed to be part of a circular array for a microwave imaging system. The feeding structure of the antenna includes a balun that is formed using a pair of microstrip to slotline transitions.
