Further, the problem of finding appropriate achievable rate target by using max-min achievable rate algorithm is solved. Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to minimize total of the consumed power while making sure users can reach desired achievable rates in multi cell multi user massive multiple input multiple output (MIMO) system.
