Skills Requirements From Advisors So as to Provide Effective Support to Social Enterprises

Abstract

The paper presents some of the main findings presented in the Research report under the SESBA Project about the additional qualifications which business advisors would require in order to be able to support social entrepreneurship. The presentation is focused on the job profile of business advisors in the partner countries – a study conducted in the framework of training needs assessment in terms of skills requirements for business support to social enterprises. The main conclusions underline the directions and provide important implications for continuation and assurance of sustainability of the project activities.
