Abstract

Effective marketing and advertising of services is one of the most important areas of the insurance undertaking’s activity, like in the case of any other business entity. Thanks to advertising the insurer’s image is built and information presented about the offered services and conducted business. It is particularly important for insurance companies, whose products are intangible and their quality cannot be checked at the moment of their acquisition.In principle, what largely determines the choice of a certain offer is the consumer confidence that the promise of the payment of benefits will be fulfilled, if a certain event occurs in the future.
