These problems complicate unified implementation and installation of PLC equipment. Characteristics of respectable types of power lines and topologies in operation in Bosnia and Herzegovina's electricity distribution networks analysis are presented in paper. Certain measurements of characteristics and QoS parameters of Low Voltage (LV) lines, when are used as broadband communication channel are suggested. Abstract
