The results show that chlorine disinfectant for people is water or the mass percent 2% ~ 4% sodium bicarbonate solution or soap, for the fire equipments is the mass percent concentration of about 8% sodium carbonate solution and water, for the environment is sodium hydroxide saturated solution in high concentration.
