In the study of optimal allocation of existing pumped storage power stations, most of the wind power peak shaving rates are considered according to a fixed value. But it failed to analyze the rationality of the fixed value in depth. Abstract

Based on the background of one province in Central China power grid absorbing local and outer wind power, this paper studied on the peak shaving characteristics of the wind power into Central China power grid from different provinces and regions. By analyzing the output characteristics and typical 24h load characteristics of wind power, the characteristic index system of wind power peak shaving load has been established. And the impacts of different indicators on wind power peak shaving have been analyzed. 本文以中部某省电网吸收本地和外部风电为背景,研究了不同省区进入中部电网的风电调峰特性。通过对风电输出特性和典型24h负荷特性的分析,建立了风电调峰负荷特性指标体系。分析了不同指标对风电调峰的影响。通过计算分析,可以得到风电调峰调节概率和风电调峰率的准确值。在既有抽水蓄能电站优化配置研究中,大多数风电调峰率都是按一个固定值来考虑的。但未能深入分析固定价值的合理性。本文对风电调峰率的简化计算进行了深入分析,并通过风电最大规划容量的对比分析,得出了一些有益的结论。
