Abstract

This paper presents, the importance of pump storage system for continuous and reliable supply without any loss of load has been determined. Two different case studies have been analyzed using present approach. The first case includes without pump storage and second case is with storage green energy microgrid. The optimal capacity of the pump storage has also been determined. The present approach has been validate and tested on interconnected 3-microgrid system with green energy generation.
