One of the advantages of using knowledge management is the possibility to provide eLearning on top of the knowledge management system. While eLearning should also be flexible to accommodate every possible business process, it should also support reusability to ensure effective and efficient process with minimum time-to-deploy. Abstract

Managing knowledge has become common practice in many companies in Indonesia. However, this is not the same thing in education institution like a university. 基于知识管理系统的电子学习新模式
管理知识已经成为印尼许多公司的普遍做法。然而,在像大学这样的教育机构里,情况就不一样了。每当员工请假甚至辞职时,大学的每一个业务流程都很可能被打乱。有几个原因可以证明这种行为是合理的,比如所有其他员工都已经很忙了,这不是我的KPI(关键绩效指标)所关心的,而且我不具备执行这项工作的知识。第三个原因解释了业务流程中知识管理的缺失。由于每所大学都有独特的流程业务,因此知识管理系统应该足够灵活,以适应每种可能的流程。使用知识管理的优点之一是可以在知识管理系统之上提供电子学习。虽然电子学习也应该灵活地适应每一个可能的业务流程,但它还应该支持可重用性,以确保在最短的部署时间内有效和高效的流程。本研究在知识管理系统的基础上,提出了一个保证电子学习灵活性和可重用性的模型。
