Through the secondary development of the related software, such as FLUX, ANSYS, ADAMS et al., the model of the relay built by RML could be recognized by any software above. The integrated simulation system of the aerospace electromagnetic relay was developed by the C++ Builder software. The system has the functions of the parameter design and kinematic analysis. The design and analysis of the relay are simplified for a certain extent when the system in the paper was adopted. Abstract

The design of aerospace electromagnetic relay is complicated and the process refers to the multi-fields problem including the kinematic, electricity, magnet and thermal. Aim to the problem, a new modeling language named RML and a distributed simulation method were proposed for the design of the aerospace electromagnetic relay. Through the secondary development of the related software, such as FLUX, ANSYS, ADAMS et al., the model of the relay built by RML could be recognized by any software above.
