Abstract
In this paper, an electrodynamics analysis of the microwave material is performed, in order to lay its parameters in a program for the design of microwave devices. As the program used AWR Design Environment, which allows you to quickly and easily obtain the topologies of microspin devices. Obtaining the parameters of the substrate is carried out using a vector network analyzer, the R&S ZVA 24, two air-coaxial junctions and a program with a unique mathematical code. In order to verify the results obtained, a compact branch-line coupler was designed in the study of the material, which was then manufactured. The obtained results showed good convergence of the experimental and theoretical characteristics.
