The ability of design and organization independent, cooperative and inquiry-based learning is poor. It is necessary to reform the traditional training method of the pre-service information technology teachers. This paper analyzes the current situation of the pre-service information technology teachers, proposes a method of teaching skill training for the pre-service information technology teachers by making micro lessons. We construct a support system for micro lesson production practice based on Xuexitong platform. Abstract

With the rapid development of information technology, our country attaches great importance to the cultivation of the talents who can use information technology to solve problems and have a sense of social responsibility in the digital environment. The pre-service information technology teachers will play a crucial role in educational system in the future. 随着信息技术的飞速发展,我国非常重视培养在数字环境下能够运用信息技术解决问题并具有社会责任感的人才。职前信息技术教师将在未来的教育体系中扮演至关重要的角色。职前信息技术教师虽然熟悉计算机知识,但将信息技术融入教学过程的能力不足。设计和组织自主、合作和探究性学习的能力较差。对信息技术职前教师的传统培养方式进行改革是必要的。本文分析了职前信息技术教师的现状,提出了一种利用微课进行职前信息技术教师教学技能培训的方法。构建了基于学习通平台的微课生产实践支持系统。通过微课制作实践,岗前信息技术教师可以在片段时间内练习教学技能,不断反思教学。
