Abstract

In this study, we accomplished a solid-state photosystem-II (PSII) device for bio-inherited solar energy-harvesting device. With solid-state PSII embedded, this is an innovative device with better life time and stable performance than previous photosystem based devices. To demonstrate the potential of the proposed method, we measured the photocurrent and discussed the mechanism of this device. Furthermore, we compared photo-induced currents generated by the proposed device with another traditional method.
