Abstract

The paper considers three software tools that allow quickly create electronic educational resources for the introduction of resource-oriented learning of students in higher education. Electronic educational resources of local and open types for students of electrotechnical and electric power specialties in the environment of information system Electronic textbooks Constructor (Constructor Electronic books 1.1.3), Designer of websites Wix.com, SunRav are developed. The definition of the concept of resource-oriented learning as a holistic dynamic process of organization and stimulation of independent cognitive activity of students to master the skills of active transformation of the information environment, which provides optimal use of tandem "student-teacher" consolidated personnel, financial, logistical, teaching and information resources.
