Jenis penelitian ini adalah pengabdian kegiatan masyarakat. Adapaun prosedur dalam penelitian ini yaitu Discovery, Dream, Design, dan Destiny. Peserta dalam pelatihan ini sebanyak 52 peserta yang terdiri dari ibu PKK masyarakat tenggarong sebrang samarinda yang telah memiliki UKM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diperoleh beberapa hasil limbah yang dijadikan sebagai bahan pangan bernilai ekonomi yaitu limbah air kelapa melalui beberapa proses menjadi starter, limbah kulit pisang melalui beberapa tahap proses menjadi nata de banana, kulit singkong melalui beberpa proses menjadi keripik kulit singkong, dan limbah jerami nangka melalui beberapa proses menjadi abon. Selain itu manfaat pelatihan pengolahan limbah UKM bagi Masyarakat di desa Mulawarman antara lain dapat membantu mengurangi limbah yang dihasilkan oleh kegiatan UKM, memberikan keterampilan dalam pengolahan limbah menjadi bahan pangan yang bernilai ekonomis, membuka kesempatan bagi masyarakat tenggarong sebrang dalam berbisnis.\nTraining Of Waste Processing From Smss Into Economic Value Food Materials In Mulawarman Village Tenggarong Sebrang Kutai Kartanegara\n This study aims to provide training to the people of Mulawarman village how small waste processing becomes economically feasible in Mulawarman village. Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada masyarakat desa Mulawarman bagaimana pengolahan limbah dari usaha kecil menengah menjadi makanan yang bernilai ekonomi di desa Mulawarman, dan membuka peluang kerja bagi masyarakat desa Mulawarman melalui pengolahan limbah dari usaha kecil menengah menjadi makanan.
