The digestive tract reaction was significantly reduced by Sijunzi Decoction, and the abundance of intestinal Lactobacillus and Bifidoacterium were increased, but the abundance of Enterobacteria and fusobacterium nucleatum were reduced. The proportion of CD4 + / CD8 + cells was increased as shown by Flow cytometry analysis. Abstract

To study the regulatory effect of Sijunzi Decoction on intestinal flora and immune function in patients with colorectal cancer. 100 patients with colorectal cancer were divided into two groups. 四君子汤对大肠癌患者肠道菌群调节及免疫功能的影响
探讨四君子汤对结直肠癌患者肠道菌群及免疫功能的调节作用。100例结直肠癌患者分为两组。对照组患者给予常规化疗,试验组患者在常规化疗的基础上给予四君子汤治疗。采用16S RNA扩增子测序定量检测肠道菌群,流式细胞术分析检测患者免疫功能。四君子汤显著降低了消化道反应,使肠道乳酸菌和双歧杆菌的丰度增加,但使肠杆菌和核梭杆菌的丰度降低。流式细胞术分析显示CD4 + / CD8 +细胞比例升高。四君子汤可改变结直肠癌患者肠道菌群的种类和丰度,显著改善结直肠癌患者的免疫功能。关键词:四君子汤;结直肠癌;肠道菌群;免疫功能。
