Abstract

The paper is dedicated to the specifics of human resource policies formation at various life stages of an enterprise depending on the level of communication with personnel and includes their essential definitions. In the authors' opinion, human resource policies must ensure the linkage of documentation and technologies formed at the levels of an enterprise, every department and every employee. It should also provide for introduction of these innovations.
