The respondents (n = 52) were representatives of scientific psychological community. The purpose of this study was to reveal the attitude of psychologists to individual parameters of integration in psychology. Results. As a result, it was found that the problem of integration in psychology is clearly differentiated into two components – the integration of psychological knowledge and the integration of psychological community. It is asserted that each direction of integration has its own specifics, unique mechanisms of implementation, and special links with each other. On the basis of the results of the socio-psychological research, the authors identified perceptions and attitudes of psychological professional community to integration problem, key methodological problems of psychology, and the usefulness of foreign experience in its solution. The authors emphasize the potential of communicative methodology for solving the problems identified in this study. Conclusions.
