Abstract

Micro LED is the main development direction for the future display as it has a fast response, low power consumption, high reliability and long life. The production and application of the Micro LED were restricted as the problem of mass transfer. To improve the speed of the mass transfer, First, a 6-DOF Lorentz magnetic levitation platform was designed for mass transfer. Second, the magnetic circuit of the LMLP was established, the magnetic density characteristics in the gap was analyzed, then the dynamics model of the LMLP created. with the 3-d model, the amplitude and frequency by finite element analysis. The result showed that the LMLP has low amplitude and frequency.

LMLP传质磁路及振动设计与分析
