Abstract
In view of the contradiction of the "Labor Shortage" occured in the eastern costal cities of China and surplus rural labors existed in western regions, this article conducts an empirical analysis of rural labor mobility factors of all regions based on panel data, and compares the impact of various factors to get further results.
