This research uses a qualitative approach using descriptive method. Data collection techniques in this study through through observation, interviews, making field notes, observation, and documentation. The data analysis procedure uses a qualitative descriptive analysis strategy model and a qualitative verificative analysis strategy model. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that (1) In making the extracurricular activity, the principal holds a meeting together with the teacher and the committee. Abstract

本研究旨在了解(1)曼谷市南区碧光街005公立小学课外活动的策划情况;(2)曼谷市南区碧光街005公立小学Negeri 005的课外活动组织情况;(3)曼谷市南区碧光街005公立小学课外活动的实施情况;(4)曼谷市南区碧光街005公立小学课外活动评价情况。(5)曼谷区Binuang公立小学005课外活动的抑制因素。本研究采用描述性的定性方法。本研究通过观察、访谈、实地记录、观察、文献等方法收集数据。数据分析过程采用定性描述性分析策略模型和定性验证性分析策略模型。根据研究结果,可以得出以下结论:(1)在制定课外活动时,校长与教师和委员会一起召开会议。(2)校长与课外指导员共同促成以校长直接领导、其他教师作为活动督导的治理结构;(3)这种课外活动的实施是在校园里进行的,所有学生都参与其中,选择他们喜欢的课外活动;(4)在评价校长时,以学生拥有的个性和学生参加课外活动所取得的成绩的形式来评价课外活动的成果;(5)课外活动,如学生参加课外活动的积极性低,家长对孩子参加课外活动的支持度低。
