Abstract
The purpose of the study is to investigate the effectiveness of using business process reengineering. The article outlines the theoretical foundations and practical methods of using the business process reengineering mechanism, which allows organizations to fundamentally rethink how they do their work in order to improve customer service, reduce operating costs and ultimately increase profits.
