Abstract
The elements of the vortex formation structure are described. The variants of the acoustic method of measuring the vortex component of the flow velocity that is invariant to changes in the velocity of sound are developed. They allow getting real-time evaluations of the vortex parameters. The ways of implementation of the acoustic method are investigated.
