Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the readiness phenomenon of the Penitentiary system employees to act in case of emergency. Based on the results of the formative experiment, the possibilities of developing the motivational-volitional, cognitive and activity components of this readiness are determined by means of the author’s pedagogical model.
