Collected data were analyzed by applying Pearson correlation coefficient r and Simple regression. The study found a significant relationship between organizational climate and teachers’ performance. Moreover, female teachers’ performance was better than male teachers in an open climate as compared to a closed climate. It was recommended to provide an open climate to improve the performance of teachers and institutions.
