Abstract

Networks in public policy theory. An overview study The overview study in the introduction highlights the role that methodology has in the constitution of public policy theory as a science. In the first part, the study identifies the place of networks among other public policy methods, In the second part, it then summarizes the types of networks that most often appear and are used in public policy theory, such as issue networks, producer networks, intergovernmental networks, professional networks, policy communities, and others.
