The Rule: (Based On Safety On Expansion) And Its Contemporary Applications

Abstract

The study aimed to highlight the rule (based on safety on expansion) by explaining its concept and rooting for it and mentioning the corresponding rules. It also examined a number of issues extracted from the rule that have a close relationship with legitimate politics, the use of inductive, descriptive and analytical approach to that.
