Abstract

Light is rather commonplace and is one of the most significant sources in our universe. The importance of light is reflected in the creation of lives, the superpower of stars, and the fact that it is the lifeline of human progress. When people are capable of controlling lights, the human will definitely make a stride on the scientific revolution. This paper is about giving summaries of GaN LEDs and their most remarkable technological breakthrough recent. Most of the sources of this paper are found on websites online and in a book. The main contribution of this paper is to make it clear and easy for people to understand the knowledge of GaN semiconductors and their advanced applications.
