Abstract

Digitization in schools has become a prominent issue amid the pressures of the Covid 19 pandemic. Learning is an important aspect that must adapt to the pressures of the COVID-19 pandemic. The use of Moodle LMS is considered appropriate to be applied because it can help teachers in the implementation of online learning. Practice mentoring has been used worldwide to support school-based practice and teacher professional development. The purpose of this study is to measure the effectiveness of the teacher mentoring program in utilizing the Moodle e-learning application to optimize learning success in the COVID-19 era. A quantitative approach is used in this study. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and Wilcoxon test with the help of SPSS 24.0. The results showed that there were significant differences in the skills of teachers in utilizing the Moodle LMS before and after the mentoring program.
